Thanks to a combination of his negotiation skills and strategy, we were able to beat 7 other offers.What also stood out is that his support did not stop after closing. "Allen, did an amazing job and helped us in Salem our Townhome, He was always there for us step by step, he made it every thing so easy and keep us informed of any offers he got for our place, he is amazing he went about and beyond for us even helped us to move things to the storage,Allen is the best, great experience and we hope he continues helping others the same way he helps us.He deserves no 5 but 10 starts.Thank you Allen and yes we got a beautiful place here in Vegas.Good luck to you and we hope to see you one day."
